There are 4 bar holder positions on the front and back so that optimum bar position can be easily achieved.

A quality leg curl unit is included which can be loaded with standard 1" weight plates, with the thick dual foam rollers offering a comfortable and protective leg workout.

Squat Rack

The squat rack is located at the rear of bench (barbell and plates not included) with 4 positions for the included bar holders. The pegs can be used to store additional weight plates.

Space Saving Folding Design

The bench can be folded from 210 cm down to 86 cm helping to maximise your home gym setup.
