They allow the user to add height for perfecting arm balances, cushioning and support for inversions as well as assisting with forward folds. These half size blocks allow the user to fine tune their requirements, for when you need a change of half the size of a standard full block. Made from non-toxic EVA foam with 3mm chamfered edges. EVA foam material is more dense than our Recycled Chip Foam and as a result provide less give and a more solid base, but if you're looking for a block which has a lower density we recommend our 1" Chip Foam Blocks.
