With a redesigned rear rack and optional front rack, the Tailwind 806 offers increased cargo capacity. The rear rack has been designed to accommodate panniers, baskets, and child seats, while new bottle cage mounts provide the option to fit a standard water bottle holder or other accessories such as integrated bike locks.

Available in two drive options—Cadence Sensor (Tailwind 806) or Torque + Cadence Sensor (Tailwind 806 Encore)—alongside two battery sizes, three colours, and an off-road Venture Pack upgrade, the Tailwind 806 micro-cargo platform can be customised to suit any rider’s needs.

Full Throttle optional add on (+£299) - CURRENT WAIT TIMES 6-8 WEEKS - UK LEGAL (Please note it will take between 2-8 weeks from your order date to have your bike tested by the DVSA and then delivered to you. Using your Wisper bike on throttle only will reduce your range by up to 30% and the TTP will not help increase range whilst you are using the throttle only. If your bike has been upgraded so it works on the throttle only, we still suggest pedalling when you are able to do so. Use the throttle only function when you need to rest or to help you pull away when setting off.

The use of a full throttle on an electric bicycle is legal in the UK on the condition that the bicycle has been tested, and approved by specific DVSA centres. The correct approval certification must have been issued by the DVSA. The approval certificate must show the bike’s make, model and frame number.

Without the correct certification electric bicycles with a throttle may not legally be used anywhere in the UK where the public has access. This includes private land where a footpath runs across or adjacent to the land.
