The Viper AS430C is a 17" electric auto scrubber that does a great job of cleaning tile, concrete and even rubber floors. A brush is included with the machine and is recommended for any uneven surface like grout lines or rubber. A pad driver, which is sold separately, is recommended for smooth surfaces like vinyl composition tile (VCT), linoleum, and smooth finished concrete. The 17" head combined with the 65' power cord gives you a large coverage area and unlimited run time. With a high productivity rate of over 12,000 ft²/hr., the Viper AS430C will clean floors 5 times faster than traditional mop and bucket systems.

With a follow behind squeegee, all you need to do is pass over an area one time, and the machine will have laid down solution, scrubbed the area, and then picked up that dirty solution. We recommend cleaning the squeegees after each use to assure they stay clean to maximize recovery of that dirty solution. Backed by a 5 year warranty on parts, this machine is a great entry level buy to start automatically scrubbing your floors in commercial buildings.

If there is any negative to this machine, it would be the electrical cord. This does give you an unlimited run time, and reduces the overall cost of the machine, but you do have to deal with the power cord as you scrub.
