- Fanless 98% Peak Efficiency — No cooling fan required, with maximum efficiency exceeding 98% and full rated output maintained up to 40°C.
- Eight Pre-Programmed Charge Algorithms — Selectable via rotary switch with full programmability to cover all major battery chemistries for immediate optimized use.
The BlueSolar MPPT 150/70-MC4 supports 12V, 24V, and 48V battery systems with automatic voltage detection, delivering 70A of rated charge current and handling up to 4,000W of PV power on 48V systems. The 150V maximum PV open circuit voltage allows flexible string configurations across a wide range of panel types.
An internal temperature sensor continuously compensates absorption and float charge voltages for ambient temperature changes, ensuring precise charging in all conditions. Real-time monitoring is available through Color Control GX or other GX devices, with Bluetooth access available via a VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle.
Comprehensive electronic protection covers PV reverse polarity, PV reverse current, output short circuit, and over-temperature power derating for reliable long-term deployment. The IP43-rated blue enclosure operates across a wide -30°C to +60°C temperature range and meets international safety certifications including UL 1741 and CSA C22.2.
