Ideally, a spotter should use the muscles of their lower back and lift the primary user’s barbell with a combination of the deadlift and the standing row motion. Unfortunately, most benches are too high for spotters to use proper form.
The Venom Spotter Station gives your workout buddy 4 extra inches of verticality and allows them to spot you without recruiting their deltoids. It is made with 11-gauge steel, textured with a diamond pattern for greater adhesion, painted with a matte black powder coat, and is cut to fit snugly onto the back of the Venom gapless bench.
