Universal FE06 Window & Door Gasket
Prevents draughts and saves on energy bills!
Universal, draught-proofing weather seal for aluminium, PVCu, composite, and timber windows and doors. Replaces 'E' gaskets, wool pile, and bubble/compression seals, offering superior thermal performance and noise reduction.
FEO6’s high compressibility and excellent compression recovery ensures long-lasting, airtight sealing of various gaps and frame types. Manufactured from foamed TPE, it resists cracking, shrinking, moisture, and long-term fatigue.

Compatibility
Frame Material
- ✓ Aluminium – Fits all major aluminium profiles, including Smart, AluK, Senior (SAS), Debar, and Cortizo. Older aluminium systems may require adhesive aid to fit securely. Also compatible with Senior’s curtain walling system.
- ✓ Timber – Suitable for many timber applications. Often glued due to grooves (kerfs) being straight not dovetail.
- ✓ PVC-u – Highly compatible. Fits many popular profiles, including Rehau.
Seal Types
- ✓ 'E' / Glazing Seals – Most commonly used between frame and glazing. Preferred by fabricators as a one-size-fits-all solution that allows them to carry less stock.
- ✓ Bubble / Compression Seals – Effectively seals all compression joints 2.3mm to 5.5mm
- ✗ Flipper / Wiping Seals – Generally not suitable as a wiping/deflection seal where there is no compression. Instead use a finned/bladed gasket, such as a flipper.

Did you know? One reason that the FE06 foamed TPE gasket has a long service life, when compared to some other manufacturers, is that it contains UV sterilisers. As a result, FE06 will resist the cracking, hardening, and lose of elasticity that is often caused by exposure to UV.
