The Universal Coolers SC-96-PPT Pizza Prep Table

Pizza Preps are an important part of any pizzeria. Universal Coolers, SC-96-PPT, is equipped with three and a half stainless steel doors. Each refrigerated door has the ability to stack dough pans. Our fridge with a refrigerated rail can hold three full-size pans for easy access while creating a perfect pie of pizza. Universal Cooler's pizza prep has a 20" marble worktop, stainless steel interior, auto condensate pan, and an oversized evaporator. This helps keep dough fresh and cold alongside any pizza oven.
