Tuxedo pays shipping on warranty parts for the first 30 days; wear items are excluded. Cylinders found defective in the first 30 days are replaced outright (seal kits are supplied after that window). Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery ticket — any damage or shortage must be noted on the ticket and reported within 72 hours of delivery.
