An included jack tray accepts a bottle jack or floor jack for raising one end of a vehicle, and six drip trays sit between the runways during stacked storage so fluid from the upper vehicle doesn't reach the lower one.

Per the owner's manual, the electrical hookup should be made by a qualified electrician to the motor nameplate rating.
Can I get it with a 220V power unit?
Yes. Choose the 220V voltage option above; the price difference is shown on the page, and Triumph ships the lift with a 220V power unit in place of the standard 110V unit.
What does the floor need to be?
The Triumph NSS-11 owner's manual specifies a minimum concrete strength of 3,000 PSI under the column base plates. Confirm your slab's strength, depth, and levelness before installing; a defect-free pour is required to keep the four columns vertical to the ground plane in normal use.
How many drip trays are included, and what do they do?
Six drip trays ship with the lift. They sit between the runways during stacked storage so oil, coolant, or other fluid leaking from the upper vehicle is contained instead of dripping onto the lower one.
Can the lift be moved around the shop?
The included caster kit lets one technician roll the assembled lift across the shop or garage floor between jobs. The NSS-11 is anchored or chocked in place when in use and rolled when repositioning.
What is the lowered height, and is it drive-on?
Lowered runway height is 5 inches with the standard drive-on ramps in place. Rolling a vehicle onto the lift is straightforward and does not require sleds, dollies, or external ramps.
Freight Delivery
The Triumph NSS-11 ships via LTL common-carrier freight on a 48-foot semi truck and weighs approximately 2,400 lbs. Before purchase, please note:
The customer unloads the lift from the truck. The driver does not unload it for you.
Lift gate delivery is not available for auto lifts.
Unloading requires a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or back hoe. The lift cannot be unloaded by hand.
If unloading at your address is not possible, the lift can be shipped to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for pickup with a trailer or moving van.
Freight-company delivery appointments are coordinated by the customer directly with the carrier.
