This Tornado 'BD 17/6' Auto Scrubber sports a 17 inch head and a 24V battery which gives this unit the versatility and maneuverability to make it a great machine for small-to-medium sized spaces and hard-to-clean areas like underneath counters where the traditional mop and bucket are usually used. The BD 17/6 is designed with an integrated parabolic squeegee system that hugs the pad within one inch. This allows for immediate pickup of solution that is laid down from the 6 gallon solution tank and recovered into a tank of the same size. This same squeegee assembly is made to rotate left and right 180 degrees, allowing for top notch solution recovery (even in reverse) during the recovery process. This whole system is made to provide you with the ability to tackle the most difficult cleaning jobs quickly and efficiently.

Speaking of efficient, the BD 17/6 incorporates eco-friendly, maintenance-free batteries that provide long run-times. Not only does this save time from plugging and unplugging your machines and hassle of maneuvering around the cord, but it also eliminates the danger of trips and falls due to that cord. With this safety in mind, the ergonomic handle is adjustable to the user’s height to reduce operator fatigue and injuries as a result.To make maintenance a breeze, the brush deck and squeegee can be accessed while the unit is in the upright stored position. You also have easy access to the tanks and batteries by just removing the recovery tanks. To set up the machine for charging, simply connect the cord to the machine and an AC wall outlet and the on-board charger will activate.
