The seat and back pad adjusts so that you can achieve various pressing angles as well as the perfect position for shoulder press. The chest press arms offer multi grip handles, making sure you always find the most comfortable grip for a particular pressing exercise. Integrated into the machine is a rep counter and built in storage.
