The angled arm pad on the Spirit Dual Bicep Curl/Tricep Extension machine helps limit shoulder movement so the focus is always on your biceps and triceps muscles. To move from one exercise to the other you simply adjust the Cam, the result is a quick switch between those opposing muscles. To achieve a proper feel during each exercise the machines axis of rotation and pivoting arm are perfectly optimised. The small back pad also increase stability when performing the Tricep exercise. Integrated into the machine is a rep counter and built in storage.
