The Spirit CRS800S Recumbent Stepper is a seated, total-body stepper designed for users who need an accessible low-impact cardio option. A step-through frame, 360-degree swivel seat, and retractable armrests make getting on and off easier for a wide range of ages and abilities.
The self-adjusting 1"–12.5" linear step range and 1:1 linked upper/lower-body pattern accommodate different heights and ranges of motion. Multi-grip handles, oversized cushioned pedals with straps, and a 4-way adjustable high-density foam seat keep the workout comfortable. This is a recumbent stepper — not a recumbent bike.
