The CR800+ is a self-generating unit, which means there is no need for power cables or electric sockets, allowing you to position the machine wherever you like. The step through design of the CR800+ makes it easy to get on the recumbent bike and the easy-adjust seat allows you find the most comfortable riding position. High-density foam padding on the seat and backrest provide additional comfort even on the longest ride. Self-levelling and oversized foot pedals combine with a fast latching system assuring a quick, solid foothold no matter how small or large the user is. The console is easy to use and extremely motivating. It provides an array of programmes, 40 levels of resistance, cooling fan and storage trays. The same console is also available on the Spirit CU800+ Upright Bike and the CE800+ Crosstrainer, so if you own multiple Spirit models there is user coherence. Monitoring your heart is the key to your fitness progression and the Spirit CR800+ provides both contact and a telemetric heart rate option to help keep you in the effective training zone.
