What the Spirit 43 Pin Select Seated Leg Extension executes brilliantly is proper alignment with the machines axis of rotation. It achieves this through the back pad adjustments and the self adjusting lower Tibia pad, which also helps limit the number of necessary adjustments. The range of motion is also adjustable for users with limited knee flexion. Integrated into the machine is rep counter, set/rest period timer and built in phone/drink holder.
