The Rival Strength S-3 Series Power Rack With Dual Action Pulley and High and Low Pulley system is designed to provide a fully expandable solution for your gym, with integrated dual action adjustable cable system running from 2 x 105KG Weight stacks. There are 4 additional pulley positions, 2 up high for pulldown exercises, and 2 down low for rows. These cable positions can be connected to achieve the equivalent of a 1:1 ratio on the 105KG weight stacks.

The rack can be included with a bolt in Smith Machine Add-on, which runs on linear bearings for a smooth operation. The Smith Machine Add-On comes included with all parts to fix to the rack, as well as 2x safety stoppers and the bar itself.

The 15KG Smith Bar has a large range of motion (ROM) compared to other options, due to its unique design the bar has full travel to the top and bottom of the crossmembers. The lowest position the bar can be in is 405mm from the floor, making it more suitable for pulling based exercises like deadlifts or rows.  

With a wide range of attachments available, this rack allows the user to get the most out of their space while having a premium rack as the centre piece for performing all lifts. 

The rack comes included with 2x Sandwich J-Cups, 2x Spotter Arms, Landmine Attachment, 2x Leg Roller Pads, 2x Front Stabiliser feet, 2x Free Motion Swivel Arms with D-Handles for the Dual Action Pulley and 8x Weight Plate Storage Poles.

The cable system uses high quality silver aluminium pulley wheels with bearings, this provides a smooth frictionless motion when using the cables. 

The Dual Action Pulley Cable System operates on a 2:1 ratio.

The High and Low Pulley Cable System can run on 2:1 and equivalent of 1:1 ratio (When connecting both cables).

What are ratios?

A 2:1 Ratio means the weight being lifted is half the weight loaded onto the plate carriage or weight stack (40KG feels like 20KG), a 1:1 ratio you would be lifting the full weight loaded onto the carriage (40KG feels like 40KG). The benefit of a 2:1 ratio over a 1:1 ratio is the distance the handle can be pulled. The handle can move twice the distance compared to a 1:1 ratio, giving you more room for cable flies and any exercise that requires the cable to move further, while also offering smaller increments when adjusting the weight. This is especially important when performing exercise for rehabilitation where smaller jumps are needed and a lighter starting weight.
