Suitable for all our S-Series range, or racks with 75x75mm box section uprights, and 1-inch (26mm) holes.
The Dip Station is a secure and easy-to-use station to build upper body and gymnastic strength.
Our Dip Station handles flair from narrower at the base, to wider at the end. This allows for triceps, shoulder, and back focused dips when used at the narrow end, to incorporating the pecs when used at the wider end.
The station can be adjusted to different heights, and is compatible our S-Series racks, or with a rack with 75x75mm uprights, and a 1" / 26mm hole.
