The RMC R Series RMC-RW3P Wall Mounted Dual Stack Adjustable Functional Trainer combines extensive cable-training versatility with a space-efficient wall-mounted configuration. Featuring dual 90 kg weight stacks, independently adjustable cable arms and selectable resistance ratios, it provides a comprehensive strength-training solution while making efficient use of valuable gym floor space.

The Variable Force System allows users to switch between 1:1 and 2:1 resistance ratios. The 1:1 setting provides more direct resistance for heavier strength-focused exercises, while the 2:1 setting provides lighter effective resistance and greater cable travel for controlled, functional and higher-repetition movements.

Multi-angle adjustable swing arms significantly expand exercise possibilities. The system provides 9 levels of adjustment across a 180° range and 6 levels across a 90° range, allowing the cables to be positioned at different heights and angles for presses, rows, fly movements, raises, pulls, rotational movements and other functional exercises.

Two independent 90 kg weight stacks provide up to 180 kg combined maximum output resistance, while aluminium pulleys support smooth and consistent cable movement.
