RMC R Series RMC-RW1P Wall Mounted Dual Ratio Functional Trainer

The RMC R Series RMC-RW1P Wall Mounted Dual Ratio Functional Trainer combines versatile cable-based strength training with a space-efficient wall-mounted configuration. Designed to sit against the wall, it helps maximise valuable gym floor space while providing a comprehensive cable training solution.

The Variable Force System allows users to quickly switch between 1:1 and 2:1 pulley output ratios. The 1:1 setting provides more direct resistance for heavier strength-focused movements, while the 2:1 setting offers lighter effective resistance and greater cable travel for controlled movements, functional exercises and higher-repetition training.

The ratio can be switched in approximately one second, making the machine easy to adapt between exercises and users. An integrated 90 kg weight stack provides convenient resistance selection, while aluminium pulleys support smooth and consistent cable movement.

Multi-angle adjustable swing arms significantly expand exercise possibilities. The system provides 9 levels of adjustment across a 180° range and 6 levels across a 90° range, allowing the cables to be positioned at different heights and angles for presses, rows, fly movements, raises, pulls, rotational movements and other functional exercises.
