RMC R Series RMC-R5P Multi-Functional Trainer & Power Rack

The RMC R Series RMC-R5P Multi-Functional Trainer & Power Rack is a heavy-duty, all-in-one strength station designed to combine versatile cable training with the functionality of a power rack. Its integrated design supports cable exercises, barbell movements and functional strength training, making it a highly versatile solution for commercial training environments.

One of the key advantages of the RMC-RW5P is its flexible 3-way installation design. Depending on the facility layout and installation requirements, the machine can be configured as free standing, wall mounted or floor mounted. When used in the free-standing configuration, the front support feet provide additional support. For wall-mounted or floor-mounted installations, the pair of front support feet can be removed for a cleaner and more space-efficient setup.

The Variable Force System allows users to switch between 1:1 and 2:1 pulley resistance ratios. The 1:1 setting provides more direct resistance for heavier strength-focused movements, while the 2:1 setting provides lighter effective resistance and increased cable travel for controlled, functional and higher-repetition exercises.

Multi-angle adjustable swing arms further increase training versatility, with 9 levels of adjustment across a 180° range and 6 levels across a 90° range. This provides extensive cable positioning options for presses, rows, fly movements, raises, pulls, rotational movements and other functional exercises.

Two independent 90 kg weight stacks provide a total stack weight of 180 kg and up to 180 kg combined maximum output resistance. Aluminium pulleys support smooth cable travel, while the substantial 429 kg net machine weight provides a heavy-duty platform suited to demanding training environments.
