Description
The Rival Strength Tib Bar is designed to strengthen the Tibialis Anterior. This area of the leg can often be neglected through other exercises, helping bring a more uniform strength to all muscles, as well as a reducing the risk of injury. Training your tib will improve performance in squats, jumping as well as running.
A single quick release collar is included to secure the weights on the sleeve.
The sleeve is a hard chrome finish which prevents scratching and general wear and tear from sliding on plates when compared to an all powder coated option.
The sleeve is 2" (50mm) and will work with all Olympic plates and collars.
