Description
Rival Strength's Open Hex Trap Bar has been designed to add further functionality to a classic Hex Bar. Made to not only allow you to perform deadlifts, but with its unique open design, you can do lunges, farmer walks, shrugs, and even train grip strength.
The feet allow for easy loading and unloading of plates, putting the bar in its upright position means plates can slide on and off the sleeves easily without having to lift the bar off the ground. The feet are also wheels, making adjusting the bars position between lifts effortless.
Two fixed knurled handles with a thick and thin grip option, offering the ability for a more neutral grip option as well as a larger diameter for grip strength. The handles being fixed make for a more secure and stable lift.
The barbell has a maximum load capacity of 250KG, giving plenty of room to reach heavy lifts. Suitable for all weight plates with an Olympic 50mm / 2" hole diameter.

- Notice: The bar should always be stored unloaded, without weights on the sleeves. Ensure the bar is kept on a non-abrasive material, such as, plastic, nylon or rubber. To avoid rust clean the bar on a daily basis, wipe off all excess chalk after the workout.
