The Kardia Series Weighted Bulgarian Bags features a textured high grip outer casing, with a dense filling offering a more sturdy bag with an even weight distribution. Each bag has a padded liner where the bag rests on your neck for added comfort during use. The Bulgarian bags also feature handles on the corners, as well as strap handles on the top, along with the main 'leg' handles.

The high quality outer casing is highly durable and suitable for use outdoors.

The logo and weight identification logo's are all fully stitched, meaning they will not fade over time.

The Weighted Bulgarian Bags are available as a 5KG, 10KG, 15KG, 20KG and 25KG.

Please note the bags are NOT designed to be slammed.
