Whereas standard barbell deadlifts situate the weight on the hips, trap bars equally redistribute it around the body. Dual handles (standard and raised) lend the bar further versatility and the slightly-raised diamond knurling gives you a better grip without damaging your hands or gloves. The grips are 25mm in diameter, not too big or too small, and the bar itself is coated in chrome.
