Return Policy

As an authorized dealer for RaceDeck, we proudly uphold their return policy.

• Products should be unused and in their original condition, accompanied by the receipt and tags.

• New items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. For returns beyond this period, contact RaceDeck for instructions.

• For a full refund, unused items should be shipped following a Return Material Authorization (RMA) obtained by contacting RaceDeck prior to shipping.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout by box weight and destination. Boxes ship UPS from RaceDeck in Salt Lake City; orders over ten boxes ship by freight and we contact you with the quote.

Order Confirmation

Upon placing your order, an order confirmation email will be promptly sent to you. This email signifies that your order has been received in our system, and we have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Simultaneously, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm the item's availability for immediate shipment. If, for any reason, your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email. However, if your selected item(s) are readily available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will proceed to process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
