The BMPRO ProBoost25 is a rugged 12V 25A DC-DC battery charger with integrated MPPT solar charging, designed to keep auxiliary batteries charged while travelling, touring or operating off-grid.
Using vehicle and solar inputs, the ProBoost25 intelligently manages available charging power to deliver up to 25A to a secondary battery. It supports lead-acid and LiFePO4 lithium batteries, making it a dependable choice for 4WDs, caravans, campers, touring vehicles and auxiliary battery systems.
Its compact, ultra-thin design suits demanding automotive installations where heat, vibration, dust, moisture and limited mounting space are part of everyday operation.
Engineered for Extreme Conditions
The ProBoost platform has undergone environmental and mechanical validation across independent Australian testing facilities. It has demonstrated sustained operation at 80°C, operated at 95°C for 92 hours, and delivered reliable performance at temperatures down to -40°C.
The platform has also been validated to IEC 60068-2-64 vibration testing and subjected to mechanical shock testing, helping demonstrate its ability to withstand corrugated roads, rough terrain and demanding vehicle environments.
OEM-Selected by Ford and Mazda
ProBoost has been OEM selected by Ford for the Ranger Super Duty and Mazda for the BT-50 following extensive testing for performance, durability and reliability. For touring and 4WD customers, that means a charging platform evaluated for demanding real-world automotive applications.
