Turn “delivered” into “ready to flow.” Skip the lifting, unpacking, and guesswork—our trained team moves your reformer where you want it and (optionally) assembles it so you can start sooner.

What’s included

In-Home Delivery (no installation)

• Opening (crate / boxes), and moving the reformer to the Room of your Choice (ROC)

• Removing and disposing the packaging (crate, cartons, wrap) so your space stays clean, and properly disposing of the 
  

Scheduling: 

• For in-stock ordered, we do our best the this service coincides with the delivery. This is only valid if the service is purchased at the same time with the order.

• For on-demand orders, once the curbside delivery is received, we request 3 availability dates upon delivery and we try our best to book the earliest one.

In-Home Delivery + Installation 
Everything above plus:

• Full assembly and alignment by professionals

• Function check (carriage glide, springs, ropes/pulleys)

• Accessory setup (e.g., jumpboard, box, pads)
  

Scheduling: 

• For in-stock ordered, for our basic reformer models (no tower / cadillac), this usually coincides with the In-Home delivery. Although in some cases it requires additional scheduling

• For on-demand orders, once the curbside delivery is received, we request 3 availability dates upon delivery and we try our best to book the earliest one.

How it works

For In Stock Orders:

1. Your order ships business-to-business (B2B) from our business to an agent's business near you.

2. Once the order arrive's to the agent's business, they arrange to schedule a date / time window of delivery with you
3. At the agreed upon time, the agents schedule a specialized truck, as well as professionals to carry the equipment to your home and perform the service

Important:

• If you do not request this service at the time of placing the order, the process will become more difficult and expensive, and likely refused
• The price is per reformer. For bundles (studio orders), please contact us to get a specialized quote

For In On Demand Order:

1. Your order ships standard curbside.

2. Once the order is delivered, you need to let us know, as well as provide 3 separate availability dates so we schedule your service

3. Our agents are expected to arrive on the agreed upon time and perform the service as required

• Selecting extra service will add 10 days to the delivery
