The PHYSICAL Conditioning Sled Xtreme (SLedX) is a brutal but brilliant piece of equipment for strength and conditioning.

The SledX has been designed to target all areas of the body, offering a full body workout. It is great for explosion workouts of power and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

Its design includes multiple bars to allow it to be pushed and pulled along a turf track. These different positions target different areas of the body increasing the challenge. Each of the handles include knurled hand grip positions allowing for Hi and Lo push and pull in 2 directions.

The SledX can be plate loaded to increase its resistance and can be pulled by attaching a rope, strap or harness. Manufactured by 3mm black steel tubing its durable design would withstand full commercial use. Its contoured feet have been designed to reduce damage to flooring whilst building strength and stamina for testing endurance levels.
