This Pacific Floorcare® 17" heavy duty floor buffer has a 1.5 horsepower motor that is backed by a 3 year warranty. Never before has low speed buffing and scrubbing been so easy. Other tasks such as floor stripping and carpet bonneting are also possible with this machine because of it's dual capacitors.This commercial floor buffer was Purpose Built® in the USA for cleaning professionals. It has a proven track record, using key components that been used in the same industry applications for over 20 years.
