The plates feature an easy to use tri-grip design that offers more comfort and mobility when performing single plate exercises. The tri-grip design also allows for quick and easy changeovers when adjusting weights before or between sets.
Suitable for any Olympic (2"/50mm) barbell, machine, or attachment. Fixed metal inserts for added strength and stability when on the bar.
