Description
Rival Strength's Olympic Curved 7 Foot Barbell, AKA Bow Bar, offers superior Range of Motion (ROM) compared to a straight Olympic Barbell when performing Squats and Bench press, for example.
The bar can be used in the same way as a regular Olympic barbell, while offering a new variation and feel to your classic lifts. When performing a squat, the centre of gravity is shifted further forwards, giving the lift a different and unique feel. The Curved shape also reduces the strain on your elbows and shoulders when squatting, ideal for individuals recovering from injury's, or have general aches and pains in these joints.
The Barbell has a 30mm Shaft Diameter, resulting in a sturdy lift and secure grip. This thicker shaft also results in a more uniform weight distribution across the bar, aiding the bars stability during a lift.
The bar is perfectly balanced, and has an even weight of 20KG, unlike other speciality bars on the market. This means you can load the bar in even increments, making tracking your progress easier.
2x Spring collars are included with the bar.
