The NSL20 Aluminium Stair Nosing is a robust, DDA-compliant rakeback profile, designed to enhance safety, visibility, and regulatory compliance in public and commercial stair installations. Engineered with a 3mm gauge aluminium body, this profile features a rakeback angle ideal for fitting precast and concrete stairs with angled risers (typically around 83°), offering reliable edge protection while reducing trip hazards.

The profile includes a single insert channel, fitted with a Tredsafe® slip-resistant PVC insert that delivers dependable grip in wet and dry conditions. Its clean, architectural appearance makes it suitable for new builds and refurbishment projects alike.

Fully compliant with BS8300:2009+A1:2010 and Approved Document M, the NSL20 is ideal for high-traffic environments such as schools, retail stores, offices, healthcare centres, transport facilities, and multi-residential stairwells. It is compatible with resilient floor coverings including vinyl, LVT, linoleum, and laminate.

Supplied pre-drilled through the insert, with colour-matched pips to conceal fixings. Undrilled and channel-only configurations with separately supplied inserts are available upon request. Fixings not included.
