The NOHRD Eau-Me Board is a water-filled balance board and core stability trainer built for standing balance work, squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, seated core exercises, and functional fitness training. Its 25.2" (64 cm) circular platform creates continuously changing instability that engages deep stabilizing muscles while developing balance, coordination, posture control, movement efficiency, and body awareness.

Unlike conventional balance boards that rely on a fixed pivot or solid base, the Eau-Me Board uses a polycarbonate tank filled with 5 to 6.5 liters of water to produce NOHRD's Out of Balance Effect (OBE). The shifting water reacts to every movement, while the real wood veneer or High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) footplate provides a spacious training surface. The board operates quietly, requires no power or Bluetooth connection, supports users up to 551 lb (250 kg), arrives fully assembled, and is manufactured in Germany.

Setup & Water Care

• Filling Method: Use a funnel or hose to transfer water into the tank; position the tank at a 90-degree angle to the floor and use the markings beneath the closure to gauge fill level.
• Closure Care: Tighten the closure by hand only to avoid damaging the thread.
• Water Maintenance: Refresh the water periodically with original WaterRower or NOHRD chlorine tablets to reduce bacterial or algae buildup and protect the polycarbonate tank.
• Colored Water Care: Do not combine chlorine tablets with blue water color; when water color is used, NOHRD recommends replacing the water every four to six months.
• Recommended Placement: Use on an exercise mat during training.
