Schwinn claim that the 590E Elliptical Cross Trainer is around 30% smaller than conventional elliptical trainers resulting in one of the smallest footprints of any top of the range ellipticals on the market. It seems that great things can come in small packages after all. The pleasantly long stride length of 51cm (20”) and the ergonomic leg position provides a natural, joint friendly running movement. The Schwinn 590E also offers a motorised incline and decline of -5% to plus 15%. This gives the user the option to train various muscle groups. Along with 29 built in training programmes and 25 resistance levels the Schwinn 590E console also connects to various training apps such as JRNY™ fitness app. Once JRNY™ app is download the personalised coaching experience will assess your current fitness level, create daily adaptive workouts that automatically adjust as you improve over time, give access to a full library of trainer-led videos, allow you to explore over 50 real-world routes from home, and provides dynamic virtual voice coaching and feedback that guides you through your workouts. Double rails ensure maximum stability and you can Bluetooth to the built in speakers.
