Rowing is one of the best all round exercises you can do and with the Half Human Air Rower you will have a commercial grade machine that will provide the ultimate in cardio, strength and endurance workouts. As well as the natural air resistance generated by the fan you also have a damper system that provides 10 varying levels of air resistance, so you can choose the intensity of each workout. The large padded seat provides comfort and the long monorail that the seat glides along accommodates even tall users. The 5” LCD Display will monitor your progress as well as providing 8 on board workouts. For a more immersed workout experience attach your tablet to the integrated tablet holder and connect to its Bluetooth and download apps such as D-fit and Kinomaps. Then you can enjoy structured workouts with coaching and interval training, row all over the world, join multiplayer sessions to compete with friends and get accurate motion recording and exercise analysis.
PLEASE NOTE: Half Human equipment must be positioned in a suitable environment. It needs to be kept away from damp rooms, dusty concrete floors, areas with a constant airflow to exterior areas and rooms with high changes in temperature. If you are going to put it into a garage then the garage must be insulated. Not following this criteria could void your warranty.
