Core Trainer exercise requires the individual to maintain an upright stable trunk and torso whilst pushing the weight above head, targeted muscles: Hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps, abs, deltoid, and trapezius muscles
It's also super easy to use, easy to insert with a lock-in design; just slide pin into power rack's hole an slide the pin to lock in place. This smart design makes it more convenient!
