Morgan power rings are made from a super-strong plastic gymnastics rings. Following the standard sizing of International Gymnastic Federation, the Morgan gymnastic rings have 28mm grip diameter and 5m ultra-heavy duty cam-lock straps. Gymnasts have used rings for decades to increase strength, power, and stability without the use of weights.
