MONGOOSE FREESTANDING LANDMINE
Unlike the Storm and Lightning series Single Landmine Attachments, the Freestanding Landmine is anchored by either a weight plate placed on the platform's sleeve or bolts driven through the holes on 4 of its 5 corners.
Simply insert any Olympic-sized barbell into the socket of the pivot sleeve, and unlock dozens of rotational training exercises: landmine rows, landmine presses, standing barbell Russian twists, bent-over rows, push presses, push jerks, cleans, deadlifts, and many more. Push the Freestanding Landmine's functionality even further with our chinning attachment or any of our multi-grip landmine attachments. With a full pivot range in all directions, the only limit is your own mobility.
When not in use, the landmine tube can be quickly stored in the upright position or even detached. This BOLT Landmine Attachment is not designed for bar storage. For an efficient and affordable barbell storage option, see our vertical mounts.
