The only difference is which side the basin sits on. Pick Left for plumbing that runs in from the left. Pick Right for plumbing that runs in from the right. The wall stays composed either way.

The one-piece resin top fuses basin and countertop into a single seamless body. No grout lines. No seams to trap grime.
