The LMP is a metal, 3-section folding attic ladder, designed for high spaces, up to 12 ft. It contains an unloading mechanism, hidden in the handrail that supports the folding and unfolding of the ladder. Its solid metal body is strong enough to hold 350 lbs.

Should you wish to make a return please contact sales@4us-group.com We are happy to process a return or exchange a product within 30 days from date of delivery. Please note that the original cost for shipping (if applicable) is non refundable and you must cover the cost of return postage, there will also be a 30% restocking fee charged which will be deducted from your refund. 

All products should be inspected at delivery and any damaged or missing parts must be noted on the delivery papers prior to signing. Should you find any damages, this must also be noted on the delivery papers and photos taken and notify us ASAP. 

In the case you are not present to receive the delivery, all products must be inspected. Should you find any damages, please take photos and notify us within 24 hours from date of delivery by emailing us at the above email address.
