The Fakro LML is a metal, three-section folding attic ladder with piston-assisted unfolding designed to ensure the highest comfort of use. The ladder installation process is simplified by easy adjustment of ladder's length to the ceiling height. Adjustable ladder is equipped with brackets that increase space between the ladder and attic door to enhance comfort and safety.

Should you wish to make a return please contact sales@4us-group.com We are happy to process a return or exchange a product within 30 days from date of delivery. Please note that the original cost for shipping (if applicable) is non refundable and you must cover the cost of return postage, there will also be a 30% restocking fee charged which will be deducted from your refund. 

All products should be inspected at delivery and any damaged or missing parts must be noted on the delivery papers prior to signing. Should you find any damages, this must also be noted on the delivery papers and photos taken and notify us ASAP. 

In the case you are not present to receive the delivery, all products must be inspected. Should you find any damages, please take photos and notify us within 24 hours from date of delivery by emailing us at the above email address.
