Automatic standby power for compatible petrol generators
The Könner & Söhnen KS ATS 4/25 Gasoline is an automatic transfer switch for creating a mains-failure backup-power system with compatible Könner & Söhnen petrol inverter generators. It starts the generator and changes the connected load to generator power when the mains supply is interrupted.
When the mains supply returns, the ATS transfers the load back and stops the generator. Its programmable logic controller allows adjustment of the engine-start delay, starter operating time and engine warm-up time before the load is connected.

- Compatible generator connection: for Könner & Söhnen petrol inverter generators equipped with an 8-pin ATS input.
- Automatic load transfer: starts the generator after mains loss, transfers the load, then returns it to mains power after restoration.
- Automatic or manual operation: select the appropriate mode for normal standby use, testing and commissioning.
- Programmable control: PLC control for start delay, starter-operation time, warm-up time and error signalling.
- Generator support: built-in 12V battery charging supply, status LEDs, supplied 5m control cable and emergency-stop button.

Compatible models stated by the manufacturer include the KS 4000iE S, KS 4100iE, KS 6000iE S and KS 8100iE ATSR, provided the generator has the required integrated 8-pin ATS connector.
