Kingfisher K-X10 is a high-performance, oil-based wood stain formulated to protect and enhance exterior timber surfaces. Designed with long-lasting weatherproofing resins and UV-stable pigments, it offers up to 5 years of protection against fungal decay, rainwater ingress, and sunlight deterioration.

With its semi-gloss, semi-transparent finish, K-X10 enhances the natural wood grain while allowing the surface to breathe. Ideal for sheds, fences, cladding, gates, fascias, joinery, and garden furniture, it delivers both decorative appeal and long-term durability.

Application Instructions

1. Prepare Surface: Ensure timber is dry, clean, and free from dirt, algae, or old coatings. Sand smooth where needed.
2. Stir Thoroughly: Stir the product well before and during use to ensure an even pigment distribution.
3. Apply Coating: Use a brush or pad applicator. Apply evenly in the direction of the grain.
4. Recoat: Allow the first coat to dry for 16–24 hours before applying a second coat for full coverage and protection.

Usage & Safety Notes

• For exterior use on softwood and hardwood
• Do not apply in damp or frosty conditions (min. +5 °C)
• Ensure adequate ventilation during and after application
• Clean tools with white spirit
