Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation: Remove moss and debris using a stiff brush or scraper. Use Kingfisher Bio Wash as a pre-treatment to clean and sterilise the surface.
2. Dust Suppression: Lightly mist with water to minimise airborne asbestos particles during preparation.
3. Apply Primer: Stir well and apply using a brush or low-pressure (non-atomising) sprayer. Ensure even coverage; avoid pooling.
4. Drying Time: Allow 4–8 hours to dry. Apply topcoat within 24 hours or while surface remains slightly tacky for best adhesion.
5. Tool Cleaning: Wash tools immediately after use with warm, soapy water.

Limitations & Safety

• Do not apply below +6 °C or if rain is expected within 24 hours
• Apply only to dry, dust-free surfaces
• Always wear appropriate PPE when working with asbestos-containing materials
• Dispose of all waste materials in accordance with local asbestos regulations
