*This model should be securely anchored to concrete before operation. Concrete thickness must be at least 5.9 (150 MM) with a 3000 PSI rating. Failure to install this lift on the proper concrete, could result in serious injury or death! It is the customers responsibility to verify concrete thickness and strength before purchase and installation.

Warranty

Katool offers a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against all product defects, free of charge.

A 2-year extended warranty plan is available for any Katool or M&E automotive equipment.

Warranty Includes:
- Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc.
- Vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on structural components only.

Warranty Conditions:
- Claims must fall within the warranty period.
- Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
- Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.

Note:
- All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
- Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
- Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
- Equipment outside the warranty policy will not be covered, and the buyer will be responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.
- Labor is not included in the warranty.
