A multigrip pull-up bar offers a wider range of hand angles to target different muscle groups more effectively when doing a pull-up. 

Add our Rival Resistance Bands around the bar for an assisted pull-up variation.

These pull-up bars can be used to make a custom power, squat or wall mounted rack. Purchase any of our J-Series components to built your custom set up, you can choose form our selection of Uprights, crossmembers, stabiliser feet and rack attachments to create your dream set up!
