The J&K Tool Company Kwik Klamp 2 is a heavy-duty patented pipe clamp load tested to over 7,000 lbs, designed for 2½" to 4" pipe with the same proven over-center locking design as the Kwik Klamp 1 — scaled up for larger pipe and higher-demand applications.
Key Features:
- 7,000+ lb Load-Tested Capacity: Third-party load tested and certified (Report ESP026328P) to over 7,000 lbs, providing verified holding strength for the most demanding well drilling and pump installation work.
- 19" Lever Handle with Over-Center Jaw Locking: The extended 19" lever delivers maximum mechanical advantage, locking jaws securely over-center when downward pressure is applied — with a ½" safety pin preventing accidental unclamping.
- 16 Carbide-Tipped Gripper Bolts: Aggressive carbide-tipped bolt grip firmly holds PVC, HDPE, stainless steel, and galvanized pipe without slipping. Not for use with bare steel drill rod.
- Expandable Range with Optional Accessories: Standard configuration handles 2½"–4" pipe (2.875"–4.500" OD); an optional 2" jaw set extends the range down to 2" pipe, and optional spacers accommodate 4½" pipe (4.950" OD).
- Heavy-Duty All-Steel Construction — Made in USA: Built from 2" and 2½" quarter-inch wall steel tube at 30 lbs, manufactured in Wheaton, MN USA under a patented design for over 40 years.
The Kwik Klamp 2 is the heavy-duty answer for well drillers, pump installers, and environmental drillers working with larger casing and drop pipe sizes. An enlarged version of the world's most popular Kwik Klamp 1, it delivers the same proven over-center reliability in a robust platform engineered for 2½" through 4" pipe applications.
Its lever-operated design brings pipe joints up to easy working level for efficient, controlled installation and service.
With an optional set of 4 serrated hardened 2" jaws (sold separately), the Kwik Klamp 2 extends its range down to 2" pipe for maximum versatility across job sites. Optional spacers placed on the middle two jaw pads on each side further extend the range up to 4½" pipe, making the KK2 one of the most adaptable pipe clamps available for professional well service work.
