The rack can be upgraded to include a plate loaded cable system at the back for further usability in a small space. This cable attachment provides a high and low pulley on a 1:1 ratio, for exercises like lat pulldowns, low row and bicep curls. 

The rack also comes with a multi-grip pull-up bar, ideal for adding variety to your back workouts and body weight training.

The uprights feature numbered 1-inch front facing holes, which are spaced 50mm apart.

The rack is powder coated in a matte black finish.
