The Inspire BL1 Multi Gym
The Inspire Bodylift BL1 Multi Gym is unique by design. This compact inspire home gym features a patented weightless system that eliminates the traditional heavy, clanking weight stack. The resistance comes from your own body weight and is adjusted by a simple lever resistance system.
Inspires Gym's Bodylift System
When you perform an exercise the Bodylift actually lifts your body. By changing the position of the lever you can adjust the load from 10% to 150% of your body weight. The first concern people have with this system is can it generate enough resistance. To demonstrate; if you weigh 80kg then the machine will provide up to 120kg of resistance.
This is much more than most home gyms at this price point.
Multi Gym Functions
The Bodylift multi gym has enough functionality to satisfy beginners too serious users. Dual action 4 position press arm allows fixed motion bench press, shoulder press & seated row. Disconnect the cables and you have cable motion bench press, shoulder press and pectoral fly exercises. Leg extension, leg curl, arm curl and lat pulldown completes the picture.
